Order Acceptance
All orders placed on UVS Prime are subject to product availability and verification. We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel any order if required.
Customers may request order cancellation only before the order has been fully processed and handed over to the delivery partner. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images and details. Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, size information and images before placing an order.
Product colors are displayed clearly on the website. To ensure transparency, UVS Prime may also share actual product images with customers through Email or WhatsApp before shipment whenever applicable.
Customized & Personalized Products Policy
Customer-Provided Content: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, resolution, and quality of any images, names, dates, or text uploaded/submitted for customized orders (such as photo frames, gifts, etc.).
Approval & Final Confirmation: Once the digital design, preview, or mockup is approved by the customer (via Website, Email, or WhatsApp), it is deemed final. No further modifications, cancellations, or revisions can be made once printing/production has commenced.
Non-Returnable Nature: Because customized and personalized items are uniquely crafted based on individual specifications, they are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, unless received in a physically damaged condition or with a verified manufacturing defect.
Product Quality & Customer Satisfaction
If a customer receives a product with quality issues, manufacturing defects, wrong items or damaged goods, they may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier service availability and operational conditions.
Free shipping may be available on eligible orders above ₹899.
Delivery availability depends on the service coverage of our delivery partners and the customer’s shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Product quality issues verified by our support team
Customers must provide clear photo proof of the issue when submitting a return request.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with packaging, tags and accessories whenever applicable.
