Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Damaged product received

To request a return, customers must provide clear photo proof of the damaged or incorrect product. For better verification, customers are also advised to keep an unboxing video while opening the package.

Return requests should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags and accessories should be available
  • Products without proper proof may not be eligible for return approval
  • Used, washed or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified by our team, the refund will be processed securely.

Approved refunds are usually completed within 2-3 working days to the original payment method.

Customers will receive refund confirmation updates through Email or WhatsApp whenever available.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
